A guy in Wisconsin just got sentenced to 16 years in prison . . . for shooting at a bunch of kids who threw SNOWBALLS at his car.  (We originally reported on the story back in 2020.)

His name is William Carson, and it happened two years ago in Milwaukee.  A group of seven kids were throwing snowballs at passing cars.  One of them was William’s.  And when they hit his car, he got out with a GUN.

He fired multiple shots, and two kids got hit.  But luckily, no one died.  One was hit in the leg, and another in the arm.  A third kid’s jacket also got grazed by a bullet.

Cops caught William a few days later after he led them on a high-speed chase and crashed his car.  It turned out he was drunk.  (Way to take care of that car you cared about so much!)

Prosecutors were hoping for a 25-year sentence.  But on Friday, a judge gave him 16 years in prison, plus 10 years of supervised release.
