Someone asked over 10,000 people how many days there should be in a “standard” workweek. 6% think we should be working SEVEN days a week.
The most popular answer was five days with 45% of the vote. But four was a close second at 37%.
3% said six . . . another 3% said three days . . . and 2% think we should only be working one day a week. (Zero was also a choice, but no one picked it.)
Only around 1 in 8 people think a four-day workweek would make us less productive. And most agreed it would be good for our mental health.
The poll didn’t ask how working SEVEN days a week might affect it.
